The FBA offers annually more than 700 hours of continuing legal education on the national, regional, and local levels. The FBA’s CLE programs provide opportunities for attorneys practicing federal law to enhance their knowledge and skills and fulfill state licensing requirements. A sampling of the conferences at the national level includes bankruptcy law, ethics, federal litigation, Indian law, insurance tax, and tax law.
The FBA has 20 substantive law sections and 5 career divisions. In addition to networking opportunities, many sections and divisions distribute quarterly newsletters providing current information on their particular area of the law.
