National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys (NACBA) was formed in 1992.

NACBA serves the needs of consumer bankruptcy attorneys and works towards protecting the rights of consumer debtors in bankruptcy.  NACBA provides comprehensive educational programs for consumer bankruptcy attorneys with its annual conventions and workshops.

NACBA membership provides both professional development and personal satisfaction.
